The relationship between employee and employer is very important in modern business industry. Success and the growth of a business organization is mainly depend on the relationship between employer and the employee.

(Korschun et al, 2012) Declared that good employer-employee relations are essential to increase the better and more result to an organization. Top level business organizations around the world maintaining a better employer, employee relationship in order to increase the level of competency of the staff. Employees who have good relations with their employer are usually viewed as good customer consultants.

Lack of respect and trust

 Organizational trust can be established if management develops a pattern of behavioral consistency, behavioral integrity, sharing of control, effective communication and demonstration of concern for employees. According to (Hunt et al, 2009) trust and respect are earned by an employer through open communication, consistent feedback and delegation of responsibilities to the staff. When the employer fail to accord with the elements of trust and respect will eventually also put a negative strain on the relationship.

The High Rate of Inflation

Because of the increment of the inflation rate, the standard of living has increased. As a result of that work force demand higher benefits according to the cost of living. Because of that the relationship between employer-employee breakdown.

Labor Laws

Labor lows were designed to protect workers against unfair treatment by their employers. Daft and Marcic (2010) advise business owners to never allow a negative relationship to exist between themselves and their staff. If the negative relationship is increased the productivity levels of the organization decrease. (Xesha, et al, 2014) Stated that it is important for the employer to ensure that they comply with these laws or face penalties and a demise of the relationship they have with the staff.

Job Satisfaction

Yang et al, (2011) states that personnel factors, such as age, health, and length of job experience, emotional stability, social status, family and other social relationships can also affect job satisfaction. Job satisfaction as an accurate indicator of good relationships between the employer and the employees.
